Yildiz Technical University Coaching Certification Program was Held Between the Dates of 19th November and 17th December.

Yıldız Technical University’s Coaching Certification Program aims to fulfil the needs of participants who plan to be a coach currently or in the future, who want to develop their coaching skills for their career path at corporate life or conduct one-to-one coaching sessions in their organization.

Included five saturdays between the hours of 10:00 am and 06:00 pm, in the Coaching Certification Program, participants learned the basic skills behind coaching framework and performed them in 25 hours theory and 15 hours practice lessons. Gaining core coaching skills and competencies, developing a solid understanding of coaching process, mastering effective communication and awareness skills for one-on-one sessions, establishing a trusting relationship with the client, learning theoretical frameworks and methods of coaching were the main subjects included in the program.
