Yıldız Technical University Coaching Certificate Program Has Been Completed

In addition to having provided leading senior executives with individualized coaching services for over 1600 hours, Çiğdem Güven also maintains her efforts to improve coaching as a profession in Turkey. Çiğdem Güven, organized a certificate program between the dates of April 30th and May 29th 2016, at Yıldız Technical University Continuing Education Center.

Included five weekends between the hours of 09.00 am and 01.00 pm. the certificate program was designed to teach participants the necessary coaching skills and competencies which helps individuals, teams and groups to increase their awareness and reach higher performance levels in their business and social lives. In the program, participants learned the basic skills behind coaching framework and performed them in lessons, including 25 hours theory and 15 hours practice.

Gaining core coaching skills and competencies, developing a solid understanding of coaching process, mastering effective communication and awareness skills for one-on-one sessions, establishing a trusting relationship with the client, learning theoretical frameworks and methods of coaching were the main subjects included in the program.
