Yogesh Sharda, one of the most well-known figures of the personal development scene, conveyed his significant experiences and opinions regarding the importance of perspective on mood, effective meditation techniques, and breathing exercises.
After the opening speech by Çiğdem Güven; Yogesh Sharda, a Personal Development Trainer with over 20 years of experience, gave a speech about effective meditation techniques, ways to attain serenity and breathing exercises for physical relaxation.
Sharda closed the seminar with a question-answer session where he concluded with, “The way you use your thought energy influences your way of living. This type of energy is still one we waste a lot today. You think too much. Overthinking may be humankind’s worst habit. This is why the mind loses its vitality in time and grows weaker. Unnecessary and useless thoughts are like a hole in the mind that sucks the energy away. When the mind grows tired, it runs out of battery.”
