The development of technology, the fact that the borders between countries become insignificant, and the need to carry out work from different countries due to economic and legal requirements cause the leadership to change shape. Global leadership is beginning to come to the fore because borders began to blur and the work done went beyond the borders of the country when local leadership was dominant in the past. In this article, firstly, the definition of global leadership will be made, then the characteristics and importance of global leadership will be mentioned, and then how global leadership can be achieved will be discussed.
